The MUR860F with Diodes Rectifiers Fast Recovery PINGWEI is a RoHS compliant diode manufactured by Pingwei. It is a glass passivated fast recovery diode designed for high-voltage, high-speed switching applications in power supplies, inverters, converters, motor controls, and other power electronics applications. It is rated for 600V, 8A of forward current conduction with a recovery time of 50ns. The device is rated for 20,000ns of maximum reverse recovery time and can withstand peak repetitive reverse voltages of 800V. It is contained in an ultra-small SMA package and features high-temperature soldering for up to 260°C. It is also Pb-free and RoHS compliant.
