ElectronicThe P6KE15A with 21.2V 14.3V 12.8V DO-15 TVS ROHS is a unidirectional high-speed transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode manufactured by Pingwei Electronic. It is designed to protect electronic circuits from voltage transients generated by load switches, relays, and inductive voltage surges. This particular device has a peak pulse power rating of 600W and can withstand operating temperatures ranging from -55C to 150C. It also has an ultra-low capacitance rating of 0.2pF, making it ideal for use in high-speed circuits. The DO-15 package makes it suitable for use on standard printed circuit boards. Additionally, it is certified RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant.
