The Pizzato FA 4117-2DN is a two-position selector switch which is actuated by a two-way key. It features a double-pole normally open contact, so that when the key is turned in one direction, the contacts open and when the key is turned in the other direction, the contacts close. The selector switch is rated for use at currents up to 6 Amps at 24 VDC and is IP65 protected from water, dust and oil. It is a double-pole selector switch, meaning that two circuits can be switched simultaneously. This allows for two different tasks to be carried out at once. For example, it could be used with a motor to start and stop the motor while also powering on and off other equipment.
