Additional Infomation About Product

FD 2179is a single-sided grab wire switch, manufactured by Pizzato, featuring three Normally Closed (NC) contacts in a housing made of meta. This safety switch offers a locking system consisting of an adjustable auto lock. The contact blocker is operated manually, thanks to the activated selectors. It can also be used to interrupt the circuit when a hazardous situation is detected. The switch is suitable for wide variety of applications, including anti-shock, anti-jumping, anti-inversion and proximity applications. The maximum allowable current of this switch is 2A and the maximum allowed voltage is 250V AC or 125V DC. The FD 2179 is certified according to UL508 and CSA C22.2.
