IXThe PESDR0521P1L ESD protection device is a surface mount device designed to protect sensitive electronic connections from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other electrical transients. It has X1-DFN1006-2 package size and is manufactured by PN SILICONIX. The device is RoHS compliant and features suppression of ESD pulses in the frequency range from DC to 1.5 GHz. It offers low capacitance for signal integrity and high discharge capability for ESD pulses up to 30 kV contact and 25 kV air discharge.
