The AMPA43A TVS ROHS manufactured by Polytronics is an unidirectional overvoltage protection device. It protects automotive and industrial systems from damage due to electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients, and other over-voltage transients. It has a maximum working voltage of 69.4V and a voltage breakdown of 47.8V at 18A peak pulse current (Ipp). It is housed in a compact and easy-to-solder DO-218AB package and is extremely reliable and has an incredibly low clamping voltage. It is compliant with RoHS and other environmental standards, ensuring a longer service life.
