The SLD270GF-AO with PTC Resettable Fuses STRIP RoHS is an electronic part manufactured by Polytronics. It is a strip type overcurrent protection device with a high-temperature Plastic Encapsulated Device (PED) for surface mount applications. It contains two axially leaded PTC Resettable Fuses that are connected in series with the SLD270GF-AO high-temperature semiconductor setting wheel. The PTC is designed to be an overcurrent protection device that operates in a circuit with a power source that has a high current capacity. The PTC Resettable Fuses also allow the part to self-reset once the circuit has been reset allowing it to provide continuous overcurrent protection. The PED in the SLD270GF-AO is RoHS compliant making it suitable for use in a wide range of applications. The PED in the SLD270GF-AO is also designed for optimal performance in high temperature applications.
