5036-RED is a part of Pomona that is generally referred to as "the Red Row". It's a residential area just east of The Claremont Colleges and close to The Village at Pomona. The streets lined with red brick Tudors, many of which are owned and occupied by students, faculty, and staff of The Claremont Colleges. The area is a popular rental neighborhood, home to many families, and is surrounded by local restaurants, shops, and businesses. Popular area attractions include Red Hill Park, The Big Kidz Skate Park, Holy B baldwin Park, and O'Connell Park.
