Additional Infomation About Product

TNY254GN is a green-mode current-mode PWM controller IC made by Power Integrations. It is used to control AC/DC switching power supplies operating in boundary conduction mode (BCM). It features high efficiency, low EMI, and high-performance regulation. The IC includes an improved Cycle–by–Cycle (CBC) limit circuitry which allows designers to reduce the component count and cost when designing an isolated Flyback power supply. It has a minimum off–time of 200ns and an adjustable oscillator with external synchronization. It also has integrated over–temperature protection (OTP) and fault protection circuitry to protect the power supply and the load.
