TOP243G is a family of high-performance off-line switcher integrated circuits from Power Integrations. This integrated chip incorporates a 700V power MOSFET, hybrid PWM/PFM control, primary-side regulation, and a CMOS-controlled oscillator in a single package. It is designed to provide more power per package size than competitive devices, making it ideal for applications such as external power supplies, LED lighting, and consumer electronics. Its highly integrated solution reduces design time, material cost and board space. TOP243G provides a no-load power consumption of less than 0.5W and a peak efficiency of up to 95%, allowing the user to reduce power consumption, energy consumption and size.
