Additional Infomation About Product

The TOP252MN is a high performance offline switcher power supply IC developed by Power Integrations, Inc. It is designed for a variety of non-isolated applications such as adapters, chargers and low power supplies. This IC is a monolithic integrated circuit that combines the control, drive and protection circuitry of a pulse-width modulated (PWM) power supply into a single chip. It has a maximum operating frequency of 1.5-2 MHz, maximum output power of 21W and a wide input voltage range of 85-265 VAC. The TOP252MN also features a Power Good flag, a low start-up current of 650mW, cycle-by-cycle current limit and an integrated demagnetizing inductor. This IC also offers reverse current protection, over temperature protection and is RoHS compliant.
