The PESDUC2FD5VU is an ultra-low capacitance transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode array in DFN1006-2L (0402) package designed to protect sensitive electronics from transients induced by lightning or electrostatic discharge (ESD). It meets the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive and is manufactured by Prisemi. This device is designed to protect two data and/or power lines in a variety of systems, such as USB, peripheral devices, network communication ports, and other communication interfaces. It offers an ESD protection level of up to 25 kV (HBM) and an ultra-low capacitance of 0.15 pF between the two data lines.
