Product Specification PE42359 SPDT UltraCMOS RF Switch 10 MHz 3 GHz Product Description Features The PE42359 UltraCMOS RF switch is designed to cover a broad range of applications from 10 MHz through AEC-Q100 Grade 2 certified 3 GHz. This reflective switch integrates on-board CMOS Supports operating temperature up to control logic with a low voltage CMOS-compatible control +105C interface, and can be controlled using either single-pin or Single-pin or complementary CMOS complementary control inputs.
