Additional Infomation About Product

This part is a DC-DC synchronous buck converter manufactured by pSemi. It is an integrated high voltage, high efficiency 5 V output regulator. The converter operates in a wide input voltage range of 4.5 V to 75 V and delivers up to 20 A output current. It has an integrated gate driver, enabling faster transient response and improved efficiency during light load operation. The device is protected from over temperature, current limit and hiccup conditions, and also has rising UVLO protection for VIN.
