The CH395Q is a RoHS compliant Ethernet Integrated Circuit (IC) manufactured by Qin Heng. It is packaged in a 64-pin low-profile quad flat package (LQFP-64_10x10x05P) and provides system-level design solutions for server-class systems that require a secure and reliable Ethernet connection. The CH395Q IC is designed for single-chip, high-performance I/O bridging and network connection applications. It integrates a PCI-Express interface to a Gigabit Ethernet controller and offers flexible PCIe/PCIe-bridge configurability. The IC also offers Quad Small-Form-Factor Pluggable (QSFP) interface for data rates up to 40 gigabits per second, and is designed for low power consumption. The CH395Q IC is perfect for high-speed network and storage applications.
