The QPF4588TR13 with QFN-24-EP (3x5) is a RF chip ROHS, manufactured by Qorvo. It belongs to the family of Qorvo's advanced power amplifier products. This chip is designed to optimize power output in modulated and unmodulated broadband communications applications, such as cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, satellite communication systems, and public safety. It has been tailored to support unmodulated and modulated transmitted and digital wireless applications up to 6 GHz frequencies, featuring 3 GHz of bandwidth. This power amplifier has 2.25V - 5.25V broadband operation, with an externally adjustable gain of 40dB. This product is in a lead-free, RoHS-compliant, 24-pin, 3x5 mm QFN package.
