The Qorvo TQP3M9028 is a Linear Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) pseudomorphic High Electron Mobility Transistor (pHEMT) amplifier MMIC die with a frequency range of 500-4000MHz. It has a maximum Noise Figure of 1.3dB, provides a power gain of 14.7dB, and operates off of a 5.0Volt power supply. The TQP3M9028 is a high linearity GaAs pHEMT amplifier die designed for use in RF/microwave applications requiring high performance, designated for applications such as frequency translation, test instrumentation, point-to-point radio links, VSAT, digital radio, remote sensing, and satellite communication systems.
