The QX7135E28 LED Driver SOT-89 (SOT-89-3) RoHS manufactured by QX Micro Devices is a high-efficiency converter IC designed for driving LEDs in automotive, industrial, medical, and general lighting applications. The device features integrated overvoltage protection, undervoltage lockout, and open load protection in a compact SOT-89-3 package with a total minimum component count of only four. The high-performance IC is designed to drive two LEDs in parallel up to 20 mA each. It is capable of working over a wide 4.5 V to 16 V supply voltage range with an output efficiency of up to 92%.
