The RC2500HP-RC232 is a type of industrial-grade long-range radio modem that is part of Radiocrafts' RC Series of devices. It is designed for long-range, point-to-point or point-to-multipoint communications in harsh or hazardous environments. It has a powerful 32-bit microcontroller and advanced communication features. It has a range of up to 5 kilometers LoS (Line of Sight) and operates in the unlicensed 2.4 GHz frequency band. The device is also EN 61025-2- compliant and has a wide range of options such as Ethernet, RS-232/RS-485, external flash memory, and temperature sensor. Its high data rate, robust communication protocol, significant range, and advanced features make it an ideal solution for a variety of industrial applications.
