The RC0802A-YHY-ESX is an electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection device manufactured by Raystar. It is a bidirectional device that is used to protect sensitive IC systems from electrostatic discharges during testing or production. The device is based on 8-lead small outline packages and is designed to provide protection against human body model (HBM) and machine model (MM) ESD transient pulses. It is typically used in applications such as mobile phones, digital cameras, and PDAs, as well as other portable electronic devices. Additionally, the device is RoHS compliant.
