The RCA SK7661 is an integrated circuit microprocessor used in embedded applications such as automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics. It is a specialized 16-bit microprocessor with an ARM Cortex-A9 processor core running at up to 1.2GHz. This chip contains a rich feature set including two-wire and three-wire interfaces for low-power communication, a 10/100 Ethernet MAC and PHY for automotive communication, an integrated watchdog timer, an array of high-speed I/O, and a wide range of integrated peripherals. It also provides integrated security features including secure boot, flash encryption, and secure key storage.
