The ALC5616-CGT is a highly integrated single-chip BTL-output High-Performance Audio Codec that is manufactured by Realtek. It is packaged in a 32-pin Quad Flat No Lead (QFN) package and has been designed to meet the European Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) standards. The ALC5616-CGT is designed specifically for multimedia and consumer electronic products such as digital TVs, Set Top boxes, Optical Disc recorders, and Blu-ray Disc players. It integrates an Audio DAC, a stereo ADC, and various digital signal processors. The device supports up to 8 speaker outputs, 4 analog inputs, I2S/PCM digital audio interface, S/PDIF input/output for various audio implementations. It also provides volume, bass, treble, 3D surround, mixer, SRC, and tone control processing. The ALC5616-CGT is also equipped with 4 independent stereo headphone outputs and features a low power consumption mode.
