The 72221L15PF is an integrated circuit manufactured by Renesas. It is a high performance, dual-channel, high speed CMOS Logic Gate with very low power consumption. The device includes a dual channel non-inverting Schmitt Trigger with a peak output current of 1mA. It has a wide operating temperature range allowing it to operate from -40°C to 85°C and has an electrical noise immunity of up to 30 kV/µs. The high speed logic gate has a propagation delay time of 15 ns and a rise and fall times of 200 ps. Additionally, the device is designed with ESD protection in mind and can withstand up to 2 kV to both HBM and MM on each channel.
