The 7285L15PAGI is a MOSFET power transistor module produced by Renesas. It is part of their ALPHApak family of modules. The 7285L15PAGI is a 15A, 600V N-Channel MOSFET transistor module, housed in a PG-TO263/TO220-3L package style. The MOSFET module has an integrated ESD protection circuit and state-of-the-art P-channel technology. The module can be used in a variety of applications such as power factor correction (PFC) and DC-DC converters, for motor drives, AC motor control, UPS systems and power distribution. The 7285L15PAGI provides low on-state resistance, high body-diode dV/dt and fast switching characteristics. It is suitable for operating with operating temperatures range from -55°C to 150°C.
