The ABCIRP16KLKP3 is a 16-bit microcontroller manufactured by Renesas Electronics. It is part of the RX210 family of 8/16/32-bit single-chip microcontrollers (MCUs). The CMOS device has a maximum speed of up to 54MHz and supports up to 32KB of on-chip RAM. It also features advanced peripheral functions, including 16-bit A/D converter (4-ch), 24Ch Timer, Serial Communication Interface (SCI) with multiprocessor mode, serial peripheral interface (SPI), and 12Ch of 10-bit A/D converter. Additionally, it integrates built-in security features to protect system data from illegal access. The device is suitable for use in consumer electronics, industrial/consumer medical products, office/home automation, and various embedded systems.
