High-Gain Broadband RF F0424 Amplifier 600MHz to 5000MHz Datasheet Description Features The F0424 is a 600MHz to 5000MHz SiGe High-Gain Broadband RF Range: 600MHz to 5000MHz RF Amplifier. The combination of low noise figure (NF) and high Noise Figure = 2.3dB at 2600MHz linearity performance allows the device to be used in both receiver Gain = 17.3dB at 2600MHz and transmitter applications. OIP3 = +40dBm at 2600MHz The F0424 is designed to operate with a single 5V or 3.3V power Output P1dB = +21dBm at 2600MHz supply using a nominal 70mA of I . With a supply voltage of 5V, CC Near-Constant Gain versus Temperature the F0424 provides 17.3dB gain with +40dBm OIP3 and 2.3dB 3.3V or 5V Power Supply noise figure at 2600MHz. = 70mA ICC The device is packaged in a 2 2 mm, 8-pin Thin DFN with 50 2mA Standby Current single-ended RF input and output impedances for ease of 350mW Typical DC Power at 5V Supply integration into the signal path. 50 Input and Output Impedances Operating temperature (T ) range: -40C to +105C EPAD 2 2 mm, 8-DFN package Competitive Advantage High gain Broadband Block Diagram STBY feature Figure 1.
