ISL32173EIVZ is a Triple 500mA Low-Side MOSFET Driver manufactured by Renesas. It is designed to drive two N-type power MOSFETs and one P-type MOSFET. It features low operating current, low supply current, high-current drivers, fast switching speeds, and excellent thermal performance. The device also utilizes built-in protection features such as thermal shutdown, under voltage lockout, over-current protection, and over-voltage protection.
