DATASHEET ISL71218M FN8921 Rev.1.00 Dual 36V Precision Single-Supply, Rail-to-Rail Output, Low-Power Mar 9, 2018 Operational Amplifier The ISL71218M is a radiation tolerant dual, low-power Features precision amplifier optimized for single-supply Passes NASA low outgassing specifications applications. This op amp features a common-mode input - Wide single and dual supply range: 3V to 30V (10%) voltage range extending to 0.5V below the V rail, a rail-to-rail differential input voltage range, and Low current consumption: 850A, typical rail-to-rail output voltage swing, which makes it ideal for Low input offset voltage: 40V, typical single-supply applications where input operation at ground is important. Rail-to-rail output: <10mV This op amp features low-power, low-offset voltage, and NiPdAu-Ag lead finish low-temperature drift, making it ideal for applications Dielectrically isolated PR40 process requiring both high DC accuracy and AC performance.
