The ISL83491IBZ is a low-side MOSFET driver from the iMOS® Power Driver Family produced by Renesas Electronics. It is designed for switching applications up to 150V, making it suitable for driving high-side and low-side power MOSFETs and IGBTs in a wide variety of applications. The driver features large SO-8 and DIP-8 packages and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It also comes with two independent logic inputs to control both high-side and low-side outputs, as well as independent current limiting, thermal shutdown, and overvoltage protection. The ISL83491IBZ is ideal for applications such as DC/DC converters, and motor controls.
