TechnologyThe RT3601BCGQW is a switching controller is manufactured by Richtek Technology and designed to provide a power solution for a diverse range of applications. It is implemented in a 6x6mm WQFN-52L RoHS-compliant package and has a maximum power dissipation of 625mW. The controller features high conversion efficiency and low noise operation for improved system performance. It also supports Pre-Bias Start-Up and robust protection mechanisms to ensure system reliability. The RT3601BCGQW is designed to be combined with MOSFETs which offer minimal component count, reduced switching loss, and improved efficiency. It includes adjustable voltage reference, current sense amplifier, and error amplifier to provide precise regulation of the output voltage. The controller is suitable for driving buck, boost, and buck-boost DC-DC switching converters.
