RT6206B TM 5.5A, 18V, 650kHz, ACOT Synchronous Step-Down Converter General Description Features TM ACOT Mode Enables Fast Transient Response The RT6206B is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter TM 4.5V to 18V Input Voltage Range with Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT ) mode control. 5.5A Output Current It achieves high power density to deliver up to 5.5A output 35m Internal Low-Side N-MOSFET current from a 4.5V to 18V input supply. The proprietary TM Advanced Constant On-Time Control ACOT mode offers an optimal transient response over a Support All Ceramic Capacitors wide range of loads and all kinds of ceramic capacitors, Up to 95% Efficiency which allows the device to adopt very low ESR output Discontinuous Operating Mode at Light Load capacitor for ensuring performance stabilization. In Adjustable Output Voltage from 0.765V to 7V addition, RT6206B keeps an excellent constant switching Adjustable Soft-Start frequency under line and load variation and the integrated TM Cycle-by-Cycle Current Limit synchronous power switches with the ACOT mode Input Under-Voltage Lockout operation provides high efficiency in whole output current Thermal Shutdown load range.
