It is an Ultra-Low Quiescent Current (UQFN) 3x3-12H packaged component and is compliant to the RoHS directive. This regulator operates at a 23V input voltage and provides a regulated 3.3V output voltage. It is capable of supplying up to 8A of continuous output current. The RT6228BGQUF features low dropout voltage (0.2V typical) and is able to provide stable output voltage under various load conditions. It also features over-temperature protection, current limiting and short-circuit protection.
