The RT7738GGE is a highly integrated switching controller SOT-23-6 RoHS manufactured by Richtek. It is designed to provide efficient, regulated power to a wide range of portable devices that require a low voltage, low quiescent current supply. The RT7738GGE contains an integrated PWM control loop that provides protected, low-output voltage regulation. It features fixed frequency cycle-by-cycle current limiting, short circuit protection, over current protection and thermal overload protection. In addition, the device offers ultra-low quiescent current for improved system efficiency, a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C, and an integrated NRST/SHUTDOWN pin for system reset. The product is compliant to the RoHS requirements.
