Additional Infomation About Product

The RT8509GQW with DC-DC converters WDFN-10L_3x3 RoHS is a high efficiency, low noise, switched-mode DC-DC converter. It is a highly-integrated PWM buck step-down converter IC that is suitable for applications such as LCD TVs, mobile phones, PDAs, and other portable devices. It employs a high frequency fixed operating frequency and a low quiescent current mode which improve overall power conversion efficiency, reduce audible noise, and minimize heat dissipation. The product features a wide input voltage range (2.5V to 5.5V),and adjustable output voltage range (from 0.6V to 5V). The device also benefits from a fast response over-current protection system which helps reduce the risk of damage caused by short-circuits or over-currents. The RT8509GQW also has a sleep mode which allows the device to draw very low quiescent currents (at most 7µA) when not actively in use. The device is RoHS compliant and is manufactured by Richtek, a leader in high quality integrated circuit solutions.
