The RT9728AHGQW is a WDFN-6 RoHS power distribution switch manufactured by Richtek. It is a PMIC (power management integrated circuit) with a wide (4V-14V) range of operating voltages and a wide operating temperature range (-40 to +105°C). The device includes static current limiting circuitry with digital thermal monitoring, output enable and power-on-reset functions. The RT9728AHGQW is designed for use in switch-mode power supplies and is suitable for use in DC/DC and converter applications. It features 1A continuous (2A peak) source/sink current capability, ESD protection of up to 2KV on the external pins, and short circuit protection.
