The RTC6608OSP with RF Switches QFN-6 RoHS from RichWave is a dual-band Wi-Fi front-end module (FEM) designed to provide 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless connectivity for a variety of applications. The module is optimized for use in consumer IoT devices, such as household appliances, IP cameras, and others requiring low power and reliable connections. The module features an integrated analog power amplifier (PA) and low-noise amplifier (LNA) to maximize sensitivity and provide a consistent signal. The PA delivers a maximum output power of up to 19dBm. The internal RF switches are optimized to mitigate simultaneous transmit and receive, allowing for both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth to be used at the same time. The module also features a clock buffer and power management capabilities, allowing for low power consumption in standby mode. The RTC6608OSP is RoHS compliant and provided in a 6" x 6" surface mount package.
