The HM8143 is a general-purpose, 6-digit digital multimeter from Rohde & Schwarz. It is a fully-integrated instrument with a wide range of capabilities, including time interval, frequency, voltage and current measurements, temperature and relative humidity measurements, and other features. The HM8143 is designed for both laboratory and field use, with a user interface and features suitable for both environments. It has a selectable basic DCV accuracy of 0.1% and a basic ACV accuracy of 0.2%. Additionally, it has 0.2 % basic AC current accuracy, a basic resistance accuracy of 0.2% in a range from 100 ohms to 10 megaohms, and a max current of 200mA. The HM8143 also has a 0mA to 1mA current measurement range and an open and short circuit test, along with a wide range of other features.
