The RTH-K200 with Expansion option is a compact, high-performance modular switching system manufactured by Rohde & Schwarz. It is designed to be operated as an automated Electronic System Test system featuring an integrated hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) system.The RTH-K200 features an integrated signal conditioning unit, a switching matrix, memory for programming sequences, and a simple control and display unit. The Expansion option offers additional features that include multiple timing generator options, USB and Ethernet connectivity, voltage and current measurement capabilities, a power meter interface, and optional high-voltage switching modules.The RTH-K200 system can be used for a wide range of applications, including device and system testing, fault detection, and automated test and diagnostic systems. It also has the capability to operate as part of Rohde & Schwarz scope rider test systems.
