RT-ZAP with Probe Positioner is a high-precision, multipurpose, machine-controlled, probe positioning device manufactured by Rohde & Schwarz. It allows the user to move the probe to precise positions with nanometer accuracy. The RT-ZAP with Probe Positioner is designed to be used with various kinds of probes such as microwave, ground, or current probes and includes several features such as ultra-precise positioning and active probing features. The active control of the probe offers unparalleled accuracy and high repeatability, even in rapidly changing conditions. The motorized probe can be easily moved to fix test points with a single command. The RT-ZAP with Probe Positioner is compatible with a wide range of Rohde & Schwarz test and measurement instruments and offers a variety of interfaces for control and communication. Additionally, the RT-ZAP with Probe Positioner features an intuitive graphical user interface for easy setup and operation.
