The BD6220F-E2 with Motor / Motion / Ignition Controllers & Drivers H-BRIDGE 18V max 1 Chan 0.5A 1.5ohm manufactured by ROHM is a battery, motor, and motion control device. It is a dual H-Bridge driver. The device is capable of driving one motor up to 18V at 0.5 amps with a 1.5 ohm load. It can also be used for steering, speed, and position control. It is ideal for a wide variety of automotive, home appliance, and industrial applications. The device utilizes pulse width modulation (PWM) and current mode operation to produce a controlled voltage to the motor. It also features built-in current sensing and over-temperature protection for motor safety. This device is RoHS compliant and comes in an ultra-compact SOP-8 package.
