The BD63847EFV-E2 is a 36V 2A stepping motor driver manufactured by ROHM and is designed for motion and ignition controllers. This motor driver provides a wide range of features such as over-voltage protection, overtemperature protection, overcurrent protection and current back-EMF detection, as well as wide load current selection across 3 phases and stall prevention for prevention of motor damage. It is suitable for use in air conditioners, washing machines and other home appliances that leverage stepping motor control, as well as automotive and industrial applications. The device can be used with a wide range of microcontrollers and provides low noise and high-speed operation.
