It is part of the Operating Temperature Range: -40 C to +105 C DC brushless Fan Motor Driver series. The BD69060GFT Output Voltage (Upper and Lower Total): has a compact package. It has the silent drive by soft 0.16 V(Typ) at 0.2 A switching and the low battery consumption via its stand- by function. The BD69060GFT is best used for notebook PC cooling fans.
