This device is a low quiescent current (IQ) buck converter, offering a minimum operating current of 180 nanoamperes (nA). It features a wide operating range of 2.4V to 5.5V, low voltage ripple, and high efficiency of up to 96%. Its output voltage and current options can be configured to meet a wide range of system requirements. The BD70522GUL-E2 also provides a dynamic voltage scaling (DVS) function, which enables the device to adjust its output voltage according to system requirements. It also has an integrated power good (PWRGD) indicator, enabling easy system monitoring and control.
