Additional Infomation About Product

The BD82046FVJ-GE2 is a single-channel High-side Switch IC manufactured by ROHM. It is designed for applications in which the transistor needs to be opened and closed with a low-voltage control signal. It integrates a P-type Power MOSFET and control circuit components to provide a low on-state resistance of just 55mO (max.). The IC features an over-current protection (OCP) circuit to limit the power dissipation in the output MOSFET and a short-circuit protection (SCP) to prevent the output terminals from going in over load state and quickly latch-off. The IC supports a wide operating voltage range from 4.5V to 28V, and can be used in a variety of systems including automotive, industrial, communications and consumer device applications.
