The BD8379FV-ME2 is an LED Lighting Drivers 12ch LED Driver IC manufactured by ROHM. It has 3-5.5V operating voltage range and is packaged in a SSOP-B20 package. It has a 12-channel constant current LED driver, integrated switch-mode boost, and LED dimming control. It has an input voltage range of 3-5.5V and can provide up to 20V output from the 12-channel drivers. The IC has a built-in 12-stage PWM control circuit, which is ideal for LED brightness control. It also supports a variety of dimming speed settings for use in applications such as automotive lighting. Other features include a low-voltage shutdown, and temperature protection.
