It has an integrated BD90525EFJ-C 1.5 V (Typ.) feedback resistor that supplies a fixed output voltage BD90528EFJ-C 1.8 V (Typ.) of 1.2V/1.5V/1.8V and a phase compensation constant. Output voltage accuracy 2.0 % (-40125C) Applications can be created with a minimum of three external components.
