The BD9328EFJ-E2 is a buck switching regulator IC positive adjustable 0.9V 1 output 2A 8-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm Width) exposed pad manufactured by ROHM. This IC contains a synchronous P-channel and N-channel MOSFET based boost converter which is designed for low voltage output and high current applications up to 2A. It has a wide input voltage range from 3.5V to 36V and accepts a broad range of high-frequency PWM input signals. It features adjustable output voltage up to 0.9V with accuracy of 1%, loop compensation function, and over-current protection. The exposed pad provides improved thermal characteristics and improved heat dissipation. This IC is suitable for applications such as DC/DC converters, cell phones, battery-powered equipment, automotive equipment, etc.
