Additional Infomation About Product

The ROHM BD9422EFV-E2 is an LED lighting driver specifically designed for large LCD panel backlights. It has integrated MOSFETs and current modes which allow it to deliver bright, uniform, flicker free illumination. The device provides up to 4 channels of LED current drive with output currents of up to 20mA per channel for a total of 80mA, as well as adjustable duty cycles up to 70%. It also includes pulse frequency modulation, dimming, and a low-noise mode. Additionally, the device has over-current and thermal protection, as well as built-in hysteresis to reduce inrush current and prevent unstable operation.
