SemiconductorThe BD9B400MUV-E2 is a high-efficiency switching voltage regulator buck DC/DC converter with a MOSFET rated at 2.7-5.5V voltage. The converter has a low voltage drop of 1.9V at 25°C when mounted PCB weight and surface mount technologies are employed. It is capable of delivering up to 4A of output current and 500kHz switching frequency. It features an over-current protection, over-temperature protection, and short-circuit protection. It is capable of regulating output voltage despite input voltage fluctuations. It is manufactured by ROHM Semiconductor and comes in a 10-pin WDFN package size. It is suitable for use in various consumer electronics, home appliances, and other DC/DC converter applications.
