Additional Infomation About Product

The BD9S000NUX-CE2 is a switching voltage regulator synchronous buck DCDC from ROHM. This voltage regulator is capable of providing an output voltage up to 5V with a maximum current rating of 5A. It has a low quiescent current and low noise during operation, and includes a power go transfer (PG) signal that detects the overcurrent or overvoltage conditions in the supply. The BD9S000NUX-CE2 also features comprehensive protection functions such as short-circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection, and overcurrent protection, to ensure reliable operation of the circuit. In addition, the BD9S000NUX-CE2 also supports control by its proprietary VPC control system, with an adjustable PWM frequency range from 100 kHz to 800 kHz.
